I would like to take this time and let you know how much our family has benefited from all of the services Embrace Kids Foundation offers. We are a family of six – Alex, 19, Anthony, 16, Jacklyn, 13 and Kyle, 11. Jacklyn was diagnosed on New Year’s Eve 2008, and due to her challenging treatment regimen and surgeries, we have had to go from a two -income family to a one-income family. Large medical deductibles, co-pays for medicines and supplies, mortgages, college tuition, utilities, etc. add up and cause a great deal of anxiety. Embrace Kids Foundation covered numerous household bills for our family and assisted us with gift cards for food and gas, relieving so much pressure.
We have benefitted from so many of the services Embrace Kid has to offer. The teachers provided through Embrace Kids Learning Center are just incredible. Doing something as routine and normal as going to class, helps the kids feel normal when so much of what’s going on in their lives is out of control. The counselor funded through Embrace Kids has been a great source of comfort for our entire family. She is truly a blessing to have in our lives during this very rough time.

In all the sadness and horror that our family is going through, Embrace Kids has always proven to be a source of happiness, hope and assistance, always with a smile and a hug when needed most. We truly don’t know how to say thank you enough for everything.
