The first weekend I heard of Embrace Kids Foundation was the weekend of my son’s diagnosis. The word “embrace” is truly a perfect description. It sums up what the foundation provides not only for the children but for their families as well. Among the many things we received – a care bag, nursing care, kindness and even just someone to talk with – Embrace Kids is there for us. Most recently, when my son was hospitalized, I found we were behind on our bills. Embrace Kids Foundation was able to provide us with financial assistance. So it is with sincere gratitude that I am writing to thank you for your generosity.
